The Democratic Republic of the Yoruba wishes to inform the public, all Indigenous Yoruba People, supporters, partners, and the global community that Modupe Onitiri-Abiola is no longer part of the current leadership, administration, or official representation of D.R.Y.
As we continue the journey toward the aspirations of the Indigenous Yoruba People, we enter a new season of unity, purpose, resilience, and renewed hope.
For generations, the Yoruba people have carried the burden of uncertainty while holding firmly to our identity, culture, dignity, and future. Yet through every challenge, the spirit of Yorùbá has remained unbroken.
Now, as the movement continues to grow stronger, we look ahead with faith, courage, and determination toward a future built on justice, peace, prosperity, responsible leadership, and self-determination.
This is a moment of preparation.
A moment of reflection.
A moment of unity.
The Yoruba spirit has endured through every season, and today, we continue to stand together with renewed commitment to the aspirations of our people.
The success of every stage of mobilisation, awareness, civic engagement, and global support reminds us that unity remains our greatest strength.

Let the sound of the Ilú and Ṣẹ̀kẹ̀rẹ̀ remind us of who we are.
